Our Product
Our solutions span the entire value chain — from on-board and trackside inspection
to eco-friendly cleaning, maintenance, and supply chain services.
The integrated obstacle detection system deeply combines sensor data from visible light, infrared, millimeter-wave radar, and LiDAR to enable intrusion obstacle detection and safety early-warning capabilities in rail transit areas. The system is suitable for harsh operating conditions in tunnels and elevated open-air environments; it supports a variety of vehicle types—including metro, intercity rail, tram, and locomotive vehicles—and can also be extended to monitor the status of peripheral equipment and facilities along the main lines.
Based on a non-contact track inspection framework, this system employs the inertial reference measurement principle and integrates multiple precision sensors to leverage operational vehicles as carriers, enabling dynamic, real-time monitoring of track geometric parameters and track inspection defects.
Integrating core technologies—including dry ice cleaning technology, robotics, and computer vision—this equipment enables fully automated operation across the entire rack cleaning process. It delivers superior performance, adheres to green environmental standards, and achieves high operational efficiency, with a single-unit rack cleaning efficiency of 20–30 minutes per unit. As a core piece of equipment independently developed by Zhongshu Laser, it has already been successfully deployed in practical applications at CRRC.
Integrating advanced technologies—including composite lasers, vision recognition, offline simulation, seven-axis robots, and an integrated operational platform—this system enables automated and intelligent cleaning operations (including paint removal, rust removal, adhesive removal, and oil stain removal) for various irregularly shaped components of bogies. It represents the first dedicated laser cleaning equipment for bogie components in the industry. The dust and fumes generated during the cleaning process are purified by a dust purification unit, allowing for direct, harmless discharge.
The equipment employs a through-type design, utilizing a composite laser system and three-axis or six-axis robots to efficiently remove paint, rust, and oil contaminants from urban rail vehicle axles, dust-proof plate seats, and inner and outer wheel rim plates of wheelsets. The smoke and dust generated during the cleaning process are purified by a dust purification system before direct discharge, enabling efficient, environmentally friendly, and non-destructive cleaning.
The e-Car Network Procurement Cloud Platform is a B2B electronic procurement platform dedicated to the rail transit industry, operated by Yunshang City Rail. Customer Testimonials
What Our Clients Say
After introducing the intelligent train inspection system, our underbody and side inspection process became much more standardized. Automatic image acquisition and anomaly detection have reduced repetitive manual work and made inspection results easier to trace.
Chen Wei Maintenance Manager
Compared with conventional manual paint and rust removal, automated laser cleaning provides much better process consistency and a cleaner working environment. For batch maintenance of railway components, the standardized workflow has made a clear difference to our maintenance process.
Wang Hao Workshop Supervisor
Urban Metro Operation Company
The multi-sensor fusion capability was particularly valuable to us. In complex environments such as tunnels and elevated sections, the system provides continuous monitoring of track-area risks and gives our team more timely and intuitive warning information.
Liu Yang Technical Manager
Urban Metro Operation Company
What impressed us most was not a single piece of equipment, but the ability to connect inspection, condition analysis, maintenance execution, and data traceability into one complete workflow. That fits much better with our actual O&M requirements.
Zhou Ming O&M Project Manager
Previously, much of our materials data had to be managed through separate spreadsheets and manual processes. After integrating procurement, inventory, and consumption information into one digital system, daily management became much clearer and repetitive work was significantly reduced.
